Policies:

 

Deposit: Non-refundable booking fee ($50-$500, varies by package) Due day of Booking via Zelle, Venmo or Booking system.

 

Cancellations:(non Wedding Clients only)

Cancel Within 48hrs, with a rebook within 7 days, no loss of deposit. No rebook within 7 days will result in loss of deposit and need for new deposit to book again.

 

Less than 24hr cancellation will result in loss of deposit and you will be required to pre pay 50% of photo shoot at next booking (non refundable). With 1 reschedule allowed before 48hrs of booking. 

 

No shows will need to pay in full before future bookings, with 1 reschedule allowed before 48hrs of booking. 

 

Rain Delay/Reschedule:Free

 

Final Images: Online galleries ready within 7 to 20 business days; weddings up to 8 weeks

 

RAW Files: Not included; no sale of raw, unedited images; unless discussed beforehand.

*What your package states is what you will receive. 

Rush Fee: $75+ for a 5-day turnaround -weekends included

Printing Rights: Images are for personal use only. You are welcome to print, share, and post on personal outlets. Not for resale or commercial use.

 

 

Please Be Prepared:

- Iron/steam clothing before the session

- Remove pet hair from clothing or bring a roller

- For adventure package, see “packing list” in email

- Pack clothing, shoes, props, and accessories the night before

- Have a snack and hydrate before the shoot, bring snacks for kids. Please nothing that stains faces. Apple slices and goldfish seem to do well.

- Come hair and makeup-ready unless discussed otherwise

- If shooting in your home, please have areas vacuumed, dusted, and picked up. Ensure at least one space is in front of a window.

 

Editing Styles:

Natural:Light, true-to-self editing with toning, color grading, and minimal adjustments

Beauty: Magazine-quality edits with body reshaping, smoothing, color correction, and full edit head to toe. Available at an additional cost.

 

Late Arrivals:

In the event that the client is late by more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, a $25 late fee will be applied towards the session total. Please account for traffic, parking, and walking distance to the session location. Clients should arrive hair and makeup-ready unless otherwise discussed.If you feel you may be late, text Natalie 7707149887

 

Guests in Studio:

You may bring up to 2 guests to accompany you. Please inform MoonFire Photo of all guests in advance. No kids under 10 in Studio unless being photographed. All Pets much be pre approved.
